TMC Names Mu and Mu-4000 Winners of 2008 Internet Telephony Excellence Awards
Mu Dynamics, a company that helps network operators and their
technology vendors eliminate service downtime through proactive service
assurance, announced that Technology Marketing Corp. (TMC) has named
the Mu-4000 Service Analyzer as a recipient of the 2008 Internet
Telephony Excellence Award.

According to the company, criteria for this award included growing
customer adoption that Mu demonstrated through a growing number of
network operators including BT, Cox, Sprint and Telkom RDC Indonesia.
These demanding customers use Mu's service assurance solution including
service-level traffic variations to identify and eliminate IP Service
quality issues including system crashes, distributed denial of service
attacks, and more subtle issues like response-time latency and CPU
utilization spikes. Proactively and continuously addressing these
issues enables operators and their vendors eliminate IPTV downtime and
reduce customer churn by improving service quality and revenue
stability.
